• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.

Qualification

• Any Degree
• Candidates should be an expertise on working with Laptop Mother boards in chip level services.
• Diagnosing the mother board and working IC units, checking voltage,
• Need to be an expertise to handle BGA Machines.
• Technical Support, Laptop Hardware configuration
